Micha & Sabrina · Einfach Haltbar
We bring garden, harvest and kitchen together. Einfach Haltbar is our way of making food preservation easier to understand and practical to start.

Why we started
What temperature? How long? Which method is right for this food? What should go in the refrigerator? These are the practical questions behind every preserving project.
Einfach Haltbar began with the idea that you should be able to find those answers without losing the details that matter. We connect the fundamentals, individual projects and equipment guidance so you can move from an idea to a useful next step.
Two perspectives
Micha develops the guides, recipes, comparisons and buying guidance. His focus is to reduce complexity while keeping the details you need to make a decision.
Sabrina brings the everyday perspective: Is the explanation understandable? Is the next step clear? Does the project fit a real day in the kitchen?
How we work
Fundamentals explain the process. Individual projects give you the ingredients, preparation and next steps for that food.
Safety instructions belong with the method, where they can be read before you begin. An equipment recommendation does not replace the process.
Our buying guides explain criteria such as capacity, controls and cleaning. They help you compare a setup with what you actually plan to make.
Affiliate links are labeled. We may earn a commission when you buy through them; your price stays the same. Read our affiliate disclosure.
Sources & transparency
Our buying guides interpret documented manufacturer specifications in relation to intended use. This is not our own product test. Unless a test procedure and results are explicitly documented, we do not claim to have measured performance, noise, temperature accuracy or energy use. An unidentified model variant or missing specification does not support a recommendation.
Specifications apply to the named model and market version. A similarly named US appliance may differ from the German version. For instructions, the ingredients, method, equipment requirements and stated limits are part of the guidance. A source link does not automatically verify every statement on a page; check the application that the source actually describes.
We also use AI tools when creating and revising text and illustrations. Einfach Haltbar remains responsible for the published content. Illustrative and AI-generated images explain a topic; they are not evidence of a product test or a documented recipe trial carried out by us. Product images do not replace the model number or the seller's current description.
We may earn commissions through labeled affiliate links. This does not guarantee that a product fits your needs. Check the exact model, included accessories and price before buying. See our affiliate disclosure.
If you find a conflicting statement, broken link or unclear instruction, please use our contact page. Include the article URL, the relevant passage and, where possible, a source or model number so the issue can be checked. An updated date does not mean that every claim has been tested again in practice.
